Investor capital is anchored to physical Texas real estate, held in a single-purpose partnership formed for that project alone. Each project carries a defined hold period, a clear exit path, and a waterfall that compensates investors before the GP.

Bovarius raises capital. Canvas Homes builds. Investors come first in the waterfall.

Most syndicators outsource construction. We don't. Canvas Homes shares ownership with the GP and operates under the same financial and fiduciary oversight, which keeps the build inside the same circle that raised the capital.
